A solitary detective Rick Deckard´s task is to stop and eliminate replicants that are indistinguishable from people and forbidden to stay on Earth. During his search for a group of rebellious replicants, he also goes to Tyrell Corporation, the replicants producing corporation. There he meets a beautiful Rachael, who is deeply convinced of her humanity, although she is not a real human being. Deckard looks down on replicants as on inferior things, but a close relationship with Rachael makes him doubt his clearly defined opinion. Are replicants really that different from people that it is necessary to eliminate them on Earth as his leaders command? Who is more human? A replicant, whose life cycle lasts 4 years or a human, who created him without mercy and compassion?
