The Naked Kiss

The enfant terrible of Hollywood production once more using taboo themes to provoke. A visually fascinating mosaic vigorously denouncing the social situation and position of women in society. Kelly, a prostitute, leaves the city that has brought her only sorrow and disappointment and seeks obscurity in a regular little town. She, who wants to start over with a clean slate, finds her dream job in an institution where she looks after disabled children and meets a man who offers her love and marriage. In this stuffy, conventional airless place, she is surprised not only by the spite from which she fled, but also the shocking revelations about her refuge. Violence, prostitution and hypocritical morality. Is it ever possible to hide from your own past?
