Remembering Marrakech

The story of the Jewish Mellah (quarter) in Marrakech, one of the old ones in Morocco – about the rich past, the worrisome present and the unknown future, as told in a collage of short documentaries by students from Sapir College in Israel and MU6P University in Morocco. A joint production in commemoration of the Jewish memory in Morocco. The film sheds light on the rich cultural legacy of the Jewish community in Marrakech, through the eyes of Muslim as well as Jewish filmmakers.
