Okean Elzy: Observing the Storm combines unique archival materials, unknown facts, and sincere memories of the people who created and developed the band's history. It is a candid story in which, alongside musical triumphs and great popularity, there were also personal conflicts, painful breakups, and historical challenges that the country was going through.
