Case for a Rookie Hangman

Lemuel Guliver from Long Street sets off on an incidental journey to the land of Balnibarbi, to the flying land of Laputa, and then back again. A parallel of totalitarian system with bizarre laws and unwritten rules mixes with a fantastical spectacle where “dream touches the world and the world touches dream”. In 12 chapters, Kafkasque film Case For a Rookie Hangman tells a story of a stranger coming to the calm waters of Balnibabri and bringing hope as well as disruption, which makes him, in the eyes of the natives, a suspect rather than a guest.
